Hello 2019 and Hello Pickled Brussels Sprouts! Brussels Sprouts recipes are all over Pinterest and Instagram and to stay on trend (or in the pickle world….ahead of the trend,) we thought we’d try to pickle them! We tried several different ways and finally reached the decision that You can’t fix what ain’t broke! Our signature brine along with fresh dill, whole garlic and fresh jalapeño is the way to go. We aren’t sure if we will make these all year as produce prices can be iffy at times….but they are available now through our website for $10/jar until we run out!
